A big player count is not automatically a better server. On a quiet one the regulars know each other, staff answer, and you are not queueing behind thousands of strangers for the same resources.
Our number one is deliberately absent from this tag: it is not a small server, and putting it here would make the page useless to the person who came looking for one.
