F2P is not the same question as free. Every skyblock server on this list is free to join, so what actually separates them is how far you get before the store starts deciding outcomes, and that is the thing worth checking before you sink a week into a world.
Three tests do most of the work. Is anything in the store impossible to earn in game, in which case the store sells power rather than time. Does the server hand you anything at all on your first join, or does it leave you on the worst gear until you pay. And is the reward loop, the crates, keys and events, running for players who spend nothing. Where we have checked, the entry below says which, and where we have not, it says that instead.
